Made for the way projects unfold

A starting point you can reuse

Import a transfer file from one of the supported Lithuanian or Latvian calculators.

A review before you commit

Check the source, project context, quantities and rates in the import preview.

A draft you can develop

Continue with rooms, budget lines, material choices and a schedule after reviewing the estimate.

From calculator estimate to project draft

  1. Export the estimate

Create the workspace transfer file in the supported renovation or yard calculator.

  2. Check the preview

Review the source and amounts, including whether rates represent selling prices or internal costs.

  3. Continue the budget

Import the reviewed draft and adjust the scope before saving the original project budget.

A few useful details

Can I import any spreadsheet or PDF?
This workflow accepts the supported calculator transfer format. It does not provide general spreadsheet, PDF or invoice import.
Do I need a calculator estimate to use Formendi?
No. You can create a project and enter your own budget. Importing is an optional starting point; it does not create actual costs, orders or payments.
