Made for the way projects unfold

A clear structure

Group quantities and rates by room or zone, from kitchen finishes to outdoor works.

Choices with context

Keep material alternatives beside the budget line they affect, ready to compare before choosing.

An original plan to return to

Save the starting budget and see how later decisions affect the project.

From the first idea to a working budget

  1. Set out the scope

Add rooms or zones, then enter the work, quantities and rates for each.

  2. Review the choices

Compare options and check allowances before you settle on a plan.

  3. Save the starting point

Save the original budget. Record later changes separately so the comparison stays meaningful.

A few useful details

Can I change the project after saving the original budget?
Yes. Add new lines or record budget changes. The saved original remains a reference, and lines included in the original budget cannot simply be deleted.
Does a budget include actual spending?
A budget sets the plan. Orders and recorded costs are tracked separately, then brought together with remaining work in the project forecast.
